Utica Police Raid Illegal Nightclub

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Five people were arrested after Utica Police executed a search warrant at 252 Genesee Street early Sunday morning.

Police say 40-year old Hilton Chambers of Utica and 36-year old Clifton Tracey of Utica were charged with operating a cabaret-nightclub without a license and allowing alcohol consumption without a license.

20-year old Nelson Irizzary and 38-year old Simeon Bell of Utica were charged with possession of marijuana and 42-year old Michael Goddard was arrested on a parole warrant.

Police say they also found a handgun and long barrel gun in the building.

The investigation into the weapons possession is continuing.
