Utica Teen Arrested In March Shooting

A Utica teen has been arrested for a shooting that took place at Sunset Avenue and Mulbery Street last month.

16-year old Robert Gettys is charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon.  Utica Police say the victim was shot in the foot following an argument.

Gettys was taken into custody this week.
