Utica Woman Arrested For Grand Larceny

A Utica woman was arrested for allegedly taking numerous items from JC Penney in the Sangertown Mall.

New Hartford Police say 35-year old Catherine Turnage stole perfume and jackets worth over $2,300.

She was charged with grand larceny.
