Utica Woman Arrested For Having Sex With A Child

A Utica woman is under arrest for having sexual intercourse with a child.

According to the Child Advocacy Center, Utica Police Investigator Frederick Bruzzese III and New York State Police Investigator Donald Moore arrested 37-year-old Marjorie Larsen.

An investigation revealed that Larsen allegedly had sexual intercourse with a 17-year-old male while in the City of Utica.

Larsen is facing a charge of Rape in the Third Degree, a felony. She is being held without bail in Oneida County Jail.

An order of protection against has been ordered on behalf of the victim and he's been offered counseling services through the Child Advocacy Center.
