Utica Woman Arrested For Leaving Toddler Unattended

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica woman is facing charges for allegedly leaving her one-year old child unattended outside for a half an hour.Utica Police were called to Third Avenue and Lansing Street where they found the toddler walking around the street wearing only a diaper.

They located the child's mother, 23-year old Amanda Schorer, in a second-floor apartment.

Schorer was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
