Utica Woman Facing Drug And Prostitution Charges

A Utica woman is facing charges after a lengthy investigation by Utica Police into criminal activity occurring in a residential area of North Utica.

33-year old Crystallee Ortiz was arrested on two separate occasions.

She's charged with two counts of prostitution and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Police say they found Ortiz in possession of heroin and cocaine during the second arrest.
