Utica, NY (WIBX) - A 24 year old Utica man has been arrested for allegedly altering a New York State prescription for medication. State Police believe Elvir Huhanovic altered a prescription for Lortab, that’s a painkiller that contains hydrocodone and tried getting the perscription filled at a local Hannaford Supermarket Pharmacy.

Huhanovic was charged with 3 felonies, including falsifying business records and possession of a forged instrument. He was arraigned and sent to the Oneida County Jail on $20,000 bail.
