Utican Arrested for Threatening Group with Knife

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica Police responded to the Adrean Terrace Apartments last night, in response to an alleged fight.  When police arrived,  a group of males outside the apartment building pointed out a man who was in the window of an apartment yelling threates at them, welding a knife and threatening them. 

Utica Police caught up with the man inside the building, taking him into custody without incident. Utica Police charged 42 year old Edin Gagula with 2 counts of Menacing and 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a weapon.
