VIDEO: Fan Suing ESPN After Falling Asleep At Yankees-Red Sox Game

A baseball fan is suing ESPN and MLB for defamation after he was shown on national television sleeping during a Yankees - Red Sox game in the Bronx in April of this year.

The man, 26, says he suffered emotional damage after being made fun of on camera by the broadcast team of Dan Schulman and John Kruk.

He's suing for $10 million.

Not only is this a ridiculous lawsuit, but Schulman and Kruk weren't being mean or cruel, were they? You be the judge:
