Cleveland Indians pitcher Carlos Carrasco was drilled in the face with a comeback line drive in Tuesday's game against the Chicago White Sox.

It appears Carrasco was able to turn his head a bit and took the brunt of the force to the side of his face, rather than the top of his head or temple area. As reported by MLB.com, Carrasco suffered a contusion on his jaw and initial testing showed a ' best case scenario' in light of the circumstances. There were also no signs of a concussion.
