Westmoreland Woman Accused Of Using Vehicle As Weapon

Westmoreland, NY (WIBX) - A Westmoreland woman is facing serious charges after officials say she intentionally rammed her car into another vehicle at a residence she was visiting. The Oneida County Sheriff's Office investigated the incident that took place on April 8th, and say 29-year-old Cassy M. Deily became upset during her visit at a home in the Town of Ava. They say she used her vehicle as a weapon to ram into the other car, causing extensive damage.

Deily who had her children in the car with her at the time of the incident, is charged with Criminal Mischief and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The suspect was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Ava Court.
