A Westmoreland woman has been issued several tickets after she allegedly left the scene of a property damage accident.

According to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office, 31-year-old Shannon Richardson was driving her vehicle northbound on State Route 46 when her speed was unreasonable for the road conditions.

Richardson was unable to keep control of her vehicle, failed to keep right, exited the roadway and struck a residence on the western shoulder of the roadway. A front seat passenger, Matthew Widman, fled the scene.

The residence was unoccupied at the time of the incident. Richardson was issued several tickets and was treated at St. Elizabeth's for her injuries.
