Woman Flips Out on Utica McDonald’s Drive-Thru Worker [VIDEO] [OPINION]

Usually the end of December and beginning of the New Year is a time to be relaxed and kind to others. This disgruntled McDonald's customer clearly doesn't feel that way. This video contains footage from outside one of the McDonald's locations in the Utica area.

The poor woman working at the drive-thru window looks like she is doing her best to control the situation and keep the customer calm, but it sounds like through all the yelling and screaming her order was wrong and she's not thrilled about it. I don't see many circumstances where this type of behavior or language is necessary.
