Woman Killed In New Hartford House Fire

A woman is dead following a house fire at 39 Arbor Drive in New Hartford.

The fire was reported just after 2:00 Wednesday afternoon.

New Hartford Police say the woman was found in the front area of the house.

The identity of the woman has not been released.

A New Hartford firefighter was treated at the hospital for injuries and released.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
