Worker At Westmoreland High School Arrested On Sex Charge

A woman who is a contracted kitchen manager at Westmoreland High School has been arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with a child.

46-Year old Susanne Mizgala of Westmoreland is charged with criminal sexual act.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says Mizgala had sexual contact with a male student over the past two months in various locations throughout the Town of Westmoreland.

The case has been turned over to the District Attorney's Office for Grand Jury action.

Authorities say further charges against Mizgala are pending.

The victim has been offered counseling through the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.
