2015 Utica Winter Carnival Dates Set
The annual winter carnival at the Val Bialas Ski Center at the Parkway in Utica is set for Saturday February 21st.
Utica Mayor Rob Palmieri announced on Facebook that the event will run from 2:00pm to 6:00pm and will conclude with a fireworks display at 6:00pm.
