According to the New York State Lottery, the winning ticket was purchased at the Stewart's Shops #440 in Boonville on Friday.

The value of the winning ticket is a guaranteed $3,000,000 prize. The ticket was the second-prize for the 3/16/18 drawing.

The winner correctly selected 5 of the 5 possible numbers and also received the 3x multiplier. The jackpot would have been a lot sweeter had they hit the Mega Ball.

There is no word yet on who won the big multi-million dollar payout.
