Adams Announces Candidacy For Utica Common Council

Utica, NY (WIBX) - 32-year old Utica resident John Adams has announced his candidacy for the Utica Common Council's First Ward seat.

Adams was endorsed by the Utica City Republican Committee.

Adams is a 1996 graduate of Clinton High School, with degrees from Mohawk Valley Community College and SUNY I-T

He's employed by the Neighborhood Center as a Sampling Technician for Lead Primary Prevention.

The first ward seat is currently held by Democrat Frank Vescera.
