Arrest Made In Stolen Vehicle Case In Madison County

The Madison County Sheriff's Office has made an arrest in the case of a stolen vehicle in the Town of Sullivan.

54-year old Robert Kimball of Chittenango is charged with falsely reporting an incident.

Sheriff's investigators say Kimball falsely reported that his Hummer had been stolen from his home on Route 5.

During the investigation, it was determined that Kimball allegedly intentionally submerged his vehicle into a pond on Oxbow Road in Cicero to avoid loan payments.
