Bernie Fine Accuser To File Civil Lawsuit

Syracuse, NY (WIBX) - One of the men accusing former Syracuse University assistant basketball coach Bernie Fine of sexual abuse is announcing plans to file a civil lawsuit.  Zach Tomaselli claims Fine molested him in a Pittsburgh hotel room in 2002 when he was 13 years old,

Federal authorities and Pennsylvania officials are investigating Tomaselli's allegations.

Two other men have accused Fine of sexual abuse dating back to the 1970s and 80s, but yesterday, Onondaga County District Attorney William Fitzpatrick said the statute of limitations had expired in those cases.

Fine has not been officially charged with a crime and he denies all the allegations.
