The Buffalo Bills may be shorthanded when the welcome the New York Giants to town on Sunday.

Both RB LeSean McCoy (hamstring) and WR Sammy Watkins (calf) appear to be doubtful for the Week 4 meeting at Ralph Wilson.

"Will Sammy play? I'm not sure," Ryan said Wednesday. "Shady doesn't look good."

Neither player will practice Wednesday, and Ryan added that McCoy is "certainly not 100 percent" and that "there is a real possibility that he won't play in this game."

Meanwhile, the G-Men were hopeful that wideout Victor Cruz would make his season debut this week, however, that also seem unlikely. Cruz had to leave practice early Wednesday in his attempt at a full practice for the first time this season.
