Authorities say Ronald Peterson of Binghamton was named in an eight-count indictment handed up by a Broome County grand jury.
Peterson faces two counts each of first-degree rape and predatory sexual assault against a child. He also was indicted on three counts of second-degree criminal sexual act and one count of first-degree sexual abuse.
