Burn Warning Issued for Parts of New York State

As wildfires burn in several parts of the country, the hot, dry weather is also causing concern among some in New York State.

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation is issuing a burn warning for several parts of the state.  Officials are urging people to be careful when burning anything outside.

The areas in and around the Adirondack Park and the Catskill Park are deemed to have a high fire risk.
