Car Accident Led To Aggravated DWI Arrest

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica woman, is facing two counts of Aggravated DWI, following a car accident on the 400 block of Court Street. Police say, 33-year-old Claudine Dunham of Baker Avenue, had a .18 blood alcohol level, which was determined when officials responded to the accident, and interviewed Dunham and the other occupants of the vehicle. Dunham will face the charges in Utica City Court at a later date.
