The Oneida County Sheriff's Office has arrested a Cazenovia man who was in possession of a forged NYS Department of Motor Vehicles document.

23-year-old Joseph Grabosky was pulled over for a traffic violation on Route 365 in the Town of Verona. Upon further investigation, it is alleged that Grabosky was in possession of a scanned image of an actual NYS inspection certificate, that had been printed and displayed on his vehicle.

Grabosky was arrested and now faces multiple charges including Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the Second Degree, an uninspected motor vehicle and inadequate exhaust infractions. He was arraigned in the Town of Verona Court and released.
