Center Line For St. Patrick’s Day Parade Goes Green

Utica, NY (WIBX) - The annual painting of the center line divider took place today in front of the Stanley Theater in downtown Utica. Every year the strip gets a green coat of paint for the St. Patrick's Day parade, which kicks off this Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at Oneida Square.
