Cicero Man Arrested After Falsely Claiming To Be In The C.I.A.

A Cicero man finds himself in trouble with ACTUAL law enforcement.

According to State Police, 25-year-old Ryan Houghtalen was arrested and charged with Criminal Impersonation of a Public Servant.

Authorites allege that Houghtalen claimed to be associated with the C.I.A. in order to defraud a female victim.

State Police told Syracuse.com he made a fake CIA identification card and claimed he was being hunted by ISIS.

Houghtalen was taken into custody and arraigned. An order of protection was issued on behald of the female victim.
