Cleveland Man Arrested For Failure To Notify State Of Change Of Address

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office arrested a Cleveland, New York man after he failed to notify authorities of his change of address.

James Peck, 40, who is a level one sex offender, violated New York State Corrections law which requires all registered sex offenders to notify the state if they move within ten days.

He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Whitestown Court.
