Clinton Man Facing Multiple Charges Following Car Chase

A Clinton man is facing a long list of charges following a vehicle pursuit in the Town of Verona.

According to Oneida County Sheriff Maciol, the DWI Unit attempted to pull over a Lincoln being operated by 32-year-old Thomas Pultynovich on Route 365.

Pultynovich allegedly failed to comply with directions to pull over and a pursuit ensued. The chase ended when the suspect's vehicle hit a parked van on State Street in Vernon.

Pultynovich fled on foot and was apprehended a short time later. He's facing several charges including Driving While Intoxicated.
