Conley Rejects Plea Offer

The Sauquoit woman accused of poisoning her employer last July was in Oneida County Court this morning.

23-year old Kaitlyn Conley rejected a plea offer from the District Attorney's Office.

Conley is charged with second-degree murder in the death of chiropractor Mary Louise Yoder.

She was arrested last month following a lengthy investigation by the Oneida County Sheriff's Office.

Conely will be back in court for motions on July 28th.  Her trail is scheduled to begin on October 17th.
