MACEDON, N.Y. (AP) — State police have searched a western New York property formerly owned by a man whose pregnant ex-wife disappeared more than 20 years ago.

Troopers tell the Democrat and Chronicle of Rochester (http://on.rocne.ws/2f475Ag ) that Monday's search was conducted in the Wayne County town of Macedon, 10 miles east of Rochester. Police haven't said if they've turned up anything linked to the disappearance of 38-year-old Sandra Sollie, who was last seen in May 1994.

Authorities say she was seven months pregnant at the time and left behind her purse. Her wallet was later found in Rochester.

Richard Ingraham, a Rochester-area private investigator who has been looking into the disappearance for 20 years, says police were never allowed to search the property while Sollie's ex-husband owned it. Ingraham says the property has new owners.
