The Weather Channel shared the viewer video on Facebook, and in it you can hear people on the streets cheering the guy on as he cruises by.

We're not sure where this idea lands on the spectrum of good or bad ideas, but this guy sure looked like he was having fun making the best out of a bad situation.

Some folks on social media are calling this a dangerous idea, but we've also seen it from the Amish.
