What is being called a hate crime in South Carolina has resulted in the deaths of at least nine people.  The alleged shooter is still on the loose.

The incident calls to light what appears to be a growing problem in the United States, and that is the possible increase in the number of hate crimes committed, or at least reported in recent years.

Those who commit these crimes are the neighbors, relatives, and friends of others who, sometimes, say that they recognized the signs of potentially violent behavior well in advance of the incident.  Is there anyone in your life who exhibits behavior that, you believe, could be dangerous to the public?
