Dr. Ben Carson on WIBX’s Keeler Wednesday Morning
Listen to First News with Keeler in the Morning at 7:20 on Wednesday to hear an exclusive interview with Dr. Ben Carson, who's rumored to be running for President in 2016.
Carson, author of "One Vote: Make Your Voice Heard", will discuss his new book as well as the alarming number of "uninformed voters" in America.
Speaking to FOX News Sunday's Chris Wallace, Carson, a former Johns Hopkins pediatric neurosurgeon famous for performing the first separation of conjoined twins, talked about his political inexperience and why it might just be what the doctor ordered for 2016.
"Our system was designed by our founders, with the people in mind and with the will of the people in mind, not with the will of government. If you want the will of the government, yes, you need people who spend their whole lives in politics, and they are people who are much more likely to be able to impose the will of the government. But I don't think that's what we need and Jefferson said that when things got so bad, the people would actually make a correction. I think it's time to make that correction."
Carson will join the Keeler Show at 7:15 on Wednesday, October 1st. Call the studio line at 315-736-0186.
