Below are the full audio interviews and segments from the clips I referenced this week on WIBX First News with Keeler in the Morning regarding political candidate Dave Gordon.

This year, Gordon is running as a Republican for Oneida County Executive and on Monday unleashed a series of accusations designed to smear incumbent county executive Anthony Picente, and another member of county board leaderships. And, for good measure, WIBX morning host Bill Keeler.

First here is the segment from the show on Tuesday, February 12, 2019, a day after Gordon's presser at Utica City Hall were he defended his 2017 arrest, that began to smear political opponents:

Additionally here is the audio segment from Friday, February 8, 2019 as Keeler called on Gordon to explain his 2017 arrest. In it, Keeler explains how we became aware of the alleged incident and that because we had no evidence of arrest, we did not report on it during Gordon's run for County Clerk several months ago.

Full audio of Gordon's press conference addressing his 2017 arrest, followed by ugly, uncorroborated mudslinging:

In the segment we also examined Gordon's claim that he would 'hold the line on property taxes' while at the same reducing one of the county's most vital revenue streams: sales tax. This video (via UticaOD.com)

Finally, this link is to a 2016 interview on Spectrum News with host Liz Benjamin. At this time, Gordon was making a bid for Congress, as a Democrat, but he's very conservative, he says. It gets interesting and confusing at about the 5:30 mark. After identifying himself politically as a Conservative Democrat, Gordon corrects the host to re-label himself as fiscally conservative. Understandably confused, Benjamin scoffs telling Gordon that backing the platform of self proclaimed Democratic Socialist Bernie Sanders isn't really all that Conservative, or fiscally conservative.
