Utica, NY (WIBX) - Three fallen officers will be honored for their sacrifice during a ceremony at the Oneida County Courthouse.

Tomorrow morning at 10, three plaques will be unveiled during a brief memorial.

Among the honored are New Hartford Police Officer, Joseph Corr, Utica Police Officer, Thomas Lindsey and Oneida County Sheriff's Deputy, Kurt Wyman.

Oneida County Sheriff Deputy Brian Warcup is hosting the ceremony and paid to have the three plaques made. He says they are a reminder to the community of a police officer's ultimate sacrifice to their job.

"The community, when they come into the courthouse, they will have to pass by these three officers and just be reminded of the sacrifice they did give in the interest of justice and serving their community."

Police chiefs Mark Williams and Michael Inserra, along with Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol may also speak to those attending.
