Sixteenth ranked St. John Fisher tallied 533 yards of total offense and rolled to a 42-7 road win over Utica College in Empire 8 football action on Saturday at Charles A. Gaetano Stadium.

Tony Fusco ran for 145 yards and a score to lead Fisher's ground attack to more than 300 yards rushing on the afternoon. Three other RB's - Tyler Fenti, James Chambers and Chris Smith also found the end zone for the 5-1 Cardinals.

UC's offense was held to 201 total yards. Backup QB Teddy Van Galen came on in relief late, and on his first pass of the season, connected with Gregory Palmer for a 40-yard touchdown.

Anthony Acevedo was contained to five catches and 22 yards for Utica - which was celebrating Homecoming Weekend.

The Pioneers (4-3) look to snap a three-game losing streak at Buffalo State next Saturday. UC's final home game is November 11 against Alfred University.
