Forcible Touching Charged in Chenango County

A Village of Earlville man is accused of forcible touching at a business in the Village of Sherburne.

Chenango County Sheriff’s officials say they arrested 75 year old David LaVern Harvey Senior September 25 following a complaint reported to authorities.

Harvey was ordered to appear in Village of Sherburne Court later this month.
