Sylvan Beach, NY (WIBX) - Four Syracuse residents are facing Theft of Services charges after not paying for their meals at Cinderella's Restaurant in Sylvan Beach.

State Police say Stephanie Rewkowski, 17, walked into their station and asked for assistance unlocking her car. She claimed Triple-A would take too long to respond and also asked for the number of a local garage.

Soon after, State Police responded to a call for two men and two women leaving the restaurant without paying for their food. The caller said the four were locked out of their vehicle and unable to leave.

Rewkowski, along with Joseph Zippi, 18, Samuel Makete, 20, and Sierra Washington, 17, were identified by the employee and all gave different reasons for leaving.
