Four people are facing drugs charges in three separate incidents in Madison County.

The Madison County Sheriff's Office arrested 49-year old Michael Boldt of Camillus following a traffic stop in the Town of Lenox.

45-year old Jeanie Buffington of Canastota and 22-year old Robert Spratt of Utica were also arrested after a traffic stop in Lenox.

All three are charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Meanwhile, 31-year old Walter Daniel of Syracuse, who was in the Madison County jail, was charged with promoting prison contraband.

Deputies allege Daniel was found to be in possession of heroin following a jail visit.

They says charges are pending against the person who visited Daniel.
