The New York Giants' playoff hopes are on life support after a 2-5 second half of the season, including consecutive beatings over the last two weeks - a 34-0 embarrassment in Atlanta, followed by Sunday's lackluster 34-14 loss at the hands of the Ravens.

If it's going to happen though, it has to start with a Week 17 win against the Eagles at MetLife Stadium, followed by losses from three other NFC contenders: Dallas, Minnesota and Chicago.

The Cowboys visit Washington in a battle for the division crown, the Vikings host Green Bay (who is still fighting for a first round bye) and the Bears are in Detroit.

If the Giants win, and they favorable outcomes in ALL three of those other matchups, they in.

The Eagles will come to New York with a 4-11 record, but you could argue they've been more competitive than Tom Coughlin's club in month of December. And, don't forget, they squeaked out a 19-17 victory over Big Blue their Week 4 meeting in Philly.
