Governor Andrew Cuomo's "Get Screened, No Excuses" motorcycle ride across New York State with hundreds of participants came to the Utica Memorial Auditorium.

In support of recent legislation to help combat breast cancer in New York, Governor Andrew Cuomo, Sandra Lee and participants were met at the Utica Memorial Auditorium on Friday, July 8th by Oneida County Executive Anthony Picente, Assemblyman Anthony Brindisi, Utica Mayor Robert Palmeri and a crowd of supporters.

Governor Cuomo announced the recent legislation session in Albany concluded with new legislation requiring Hospitals and Clinics to stay open for four additional hours a week after 5 P.M. for Mammograms and Breast Cancer screenings. Additionally, he stated that co-pays and deductibles for screenings in New York will no be waived lending to the current motorcycle ride "Get Screened, No Excuses" that Governor Cuomo is leading across the state with the support of hundreds of participants to help raise awareness of breast cancer and increase awareness.
