Whether you call is dope, smoke, weed, Mary Jane or whatever other stoner nickname you can come up with, there is growing movement in many state to legalize bud.

Helping lead the effort is a nationwide group called NORML, which is looking to, at a minimum, reform marijuana laws. They'd like to go further...decriminalizing and legalizing use for adults.

They say marijuana is the third most popular recreational drug in America, and the No. 1 and 2 are both legal - alcohol and tobacco.
