Ilion Woman Accused Of Groping And Flashing At Playground

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica police arrested an Illion woman who allegedly groped an unsuspecting teen at a playground, and flashed the officer attempting to take her into custody. Officials say the incident at Lincoln Playground in Utica resulted in 44-year-old Diane Yamano of of Ward Street, Ilion, NY, facing Forcible Touching, Exposure of a Person, and Resisting Arrest charges.

The 19-year-old male victim told police that Yamano walked up to him and groped his buttocks--She's also accused of lifted her shirt to expose her breast to a police officer, and resisting arrest. According to the report, the victim did not know Yamano before the incident. Yamano will face the charges at a later date in Utica City Court.
