HOLLYWOOD STOPS AT NIAGARA FALLS

Tony Danza just added a little star power to Western New York after being spotted riding the Maid of the Mist in Niagara Falls, NY. And yes, this wasn’t a staged Hollywood set piece — this was Danza, rain poncho and all, taking in one of the most iconic views in the world from the front row.

Danza is currently in the Buffalo/Niagara region filming a Christmas movie, and like anyone else with a break in filming and a good weather day, he decided to go all in on the experience.

Crew members, the Buffalo Niagara Film Commission, and the Maid of the Mist team were all on hand as he boarded the boat and headed straight into the mist.

The company shared photos on social media, showing Danza smiling alongside film crew members while the Falls thunder in the background. Not a bad office view for the day.

THE BEST SEAT IN THE HOUSE

If you’ve never done the Maid of the Mist, it’s about as close as you can legally get to standing inside Niagara Falls itself. The boat takes you right up to the base of the American Falls and Horseshoe Falls, where the roar, wind, and spray basically erase any chance of staying dry.

Niagara Falls itself is one of those places that doesn’t really need an introduction. Between Goat Island, the Cave of the Winds, and the Observation Tower, there’s no shortage of ways to experience it.

Tourists flock year-round, but locals know the real magic is when you catch it without the massive crowds.

HOLIDAY MOVIE ENERGY IN FULL SWING

As for Danza’s Christmas film, he's teaming up with Mario Lopez for a holiday movie called Christmas at The Starlight. The film is currently shooting in Buffalo and across Western New York.

So far, all signs point to the kind of feel-good holiday story Danza is known for — small-town charm, winter scenery, and now apparently… a very dramatic boat ride next to one of the natural wonders of the world.

Not a bad way to spend a workday. Or a vacation day. Or honestly, any day.
