6am hour:  Talking pro wrestling and hockey with Don Laible.  Don spent the morning in the studio.  He has a daily blog on UticaOD.com.

Justin Cortese gave an update on Alex Rodriguez.  It seems MLB will is expected to hand down their suspension today.  Word has it that A-Rod will be offered a one-year suspension; if he chooses not to accept it he could face a lifetime ban.  Justin claims Bud Selig is on 'witch hunt' and Rodriguez is currently the most hated man in baseball.

7am hour:  Movie star Dan Aykroyd was in Utica on Saturday night at Delmonico's restaurant.  Keeler shared audio when his former producer Kid Chris interviewed Aykroyd and he spoke about the area and his Crystal Head vodka that is filtered through Herkimer Diamonds.

8 am hour:  We spoke with Mike Maccione, the Director of the NYS American Legion Tournament.  Mike spoke about the tournament this week at Murnane Field and also spoke about the brawl that happened last Friday night during the New Hartford-Whitestown game.  He agreed that the fight involving players and parents was an embarrassment.
