Today we talk to Assemblyman Anthony Brindisi about Cuomo's expensive continued battle with education. We also talk with John Zogby and Brian Graham (FOX News Analyst) about Ted Cruz an other potential GOP Presidential candidates.

- ISIS has put out a death threat to a number of U.S. soldiers and the Government may not be able to help anyone out. A man who worked at a Home Depot was fired for having ISIS tattooed on his lip and we talk more about Ted Cruz running for President. The state is spending about $1.7 Million to fight education in lawsuit.

6:40-6:50:

- Mark in Rome calls up to talk about Ted Cruz. Miss Universe in Japan is receiving criticism for not looking Japanese enough! We also talk asian cuisine and the Aqua Vino's prime rib. We also get the forecast from Weather Channel meteorologist Ray Stagich.

6:50-7:00:

- A woman was held in a psych ward in NYC. She only was in there because she believed Obama was falling her on Twitter.

- Governor Andrew Cuomo is spending almost $2 Million on testimony and defense in lawsuit by schools. We also talk to Brindisi about the budget and the downstate (Long Island) power.

Brian Graham and John Zogby

- Brian Graham is a political analyst for FOX News and John Zogby is with Zogby Analytics. They are both on to discuss Senator Ted Cruz running for President and other potential GOP candidates.

- It's a cold morning! We also discuss the Buffalo Bills and The New York Mets. Bill and Jeff have their usual optimism about the Mets preseason. We also talk about the elimination of 'Blackouts' and other NFL scenarios. This weekend is the Palm Sunday Open House at Chester's Flowers to see the ducklings.

- We talk about the best and worse states to retire to.

Sheriff Rob Maciol and Mayor Rob Palmieri

- The Cops vs. Local Celebrities Charity Basketball Game will be held on Saturday, March 28th at 6:00 pm at Proctor High School in Utica. This year’s recipient of the funds raised will be Joseph’s Experience - whose mission is to help children and families struck by severe illness. The cost to see the game is $3 (free for children under 5) and all tickets will be sold at the door. Food and drinks will be available to purchase during the event.

Chris Kahn - Best and Worst Retirement States

- Chris is on to talk about a recent survey that determined the best and worst places to retire in the U.S. We talk about why New York where it is and how New York City influences that. We talk about other factors including weather that help decide.
