Large Street Fight In Utica Lands Several Suspects In Jail

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica police took several people into custody after a large fight in the roadway near the area of Clinton and Oneida Street. Officials say, while dispersing the group, they observed one of the suspects holding a large metal pipe and also witnessed two other suspects continue to challenge each other.

While attempting to break up the two men and take them into custody, one of them allegedly attacked the arresting officer. The incident landed 3 individuals in jail facing charges.

UPD arrested and charged the following individuals:

• Janzer Canelo (19) Oneida St-disorderly conduct-violation
• Luis Conrado (45) Oneida St-disorderly conduct-violation
• Luis Conrado (18) Oneida St-harassment-violation, disorderly conduct-violation Resisting Arrest- A misdemeanor
