NICE, France (AP) — France has been ravaged by yet another attack. A large white truck plowed through revelers gathered for Bastille Day fireworks in Nice, killing at least 84 people. The truck bore down on the crowd for more than a mile before police killed the driver.

French President Francois Hollande is calling it terrorism and plans to call a defense council meeting bringing together defense, interior and other key ministers. Meanwhile, the city of Marseille has canceled its fireworks show for tonight. Hollande has also called for three days of mourning.

The AP is now reporting police have found an ID inside the truck belonging to a 31-year-old French petty criminal of Tunisian descent, but are awaiting DNA confirmation.
