Liverpool Man Facing Multiple Child Pornography Charges

Town of Salina, NY (WIBX) - A Liverpool man is facing multiple child pornography charges following an investigation by State Police and the Secret Service. Officials charged, 28-year-old Matthew E. Flandera of 203 Electronics Pkwy in Liverpool, NY, with:

• 3 counts - Possession of Sexual Performance by a Child - Class E Felony
• 3 counts - Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child - Class D Felony

Flandera is accused of uploading the pornographic images to an account on the Photobucket website last November. Police subsequently executed a search warrant at his home in the Town of Salina, and allegedly found other pornographic images on his computers, which were seized.

Flandera was arrested, arraigned in the Town of Salina Court, and sent to the Onondaga County Justice Center with a cash bail set at $25,000 or $30,000 Bond.  Officials say their investigation is continuing and additional charges are pending.
